Construction of the Post-disaster Psychological Intervention System in the Government Emergency Management

摘要：

Not only can the disaster emergencies cause the material damages, but also they seriously affect the psychology of the affected public in the social life. The post-disaster psychological intervention of the government will be its response to the crisis and an important way to control,the situation. It is also the necessary way to mitigate disasters and express the humanistic care. In this study, from the point of view of the government emergency management, we summarized the status of Chinese post-disaster psychological intervention as well as some problems incurred. On the basis of a brief introduction of the psychological intervention, we focused on the construction-strategies of the post-disaster psychological intervention system in the government emergency management. This study provided not only a solution for the government to quickly implement the post-disaster psychological intervention, but also the theoretical support for the follow-up studies.
