Study on Grid-teedback Mechanism ol rublic Emergencies in social Transition Period

摘要：

The biggest advantage of the feedback is enabling a system to correct itself. In the period of social transformation, a variety of traditional incidents, as well as emerging risk factors, continue to increase. In order to improve the efficiency of government emergency management and strengthen the ability of government to respond to emergencies, to establish and to improve the public sudden incident, so grid-feedback mechanism is very necessary. Therefore, this paper aims to respond to gridfeedback evaluation methods of public emergencies and models in social transition period. At the same time, it mainly analyzes its feasibility, and demonstrates its advantages, in order to build the whole process of the government of responding to the public unexpected events, and then ultimately improve the governments emergency management efficiency.
