China Management Innovation of Salvation Organizations in Folk-Case Study of Dalian Sun Yihong Children Village
Salvation Organizations in Folk (SOF) reflect our social civilization, but at present, its social credibility in China is still not at high level, and fully dependence on social forces could not guarantee SOFs survival and sustainable development, therefore, SOFs social value will be demonstrated well only when innovation is going to be actively explored. Taking Dalian Sun Yihong Children Village (DSYC) as analytical object, this paper endeavored to do exploratory case study on its continual management innovation in resource mobilization and children education training in recent years, the result indicated that management innovation of DSYC led to putting living environments and living conditions of those rescued detainees minors into good state, and DSYC played an important social role in promoting humanitarianism, love education, city civilization, academic research and other fields, which demonstrated the importance and necessity of SOFs existence and provided a valuable reference for other SOFs sustainable development.
