A Study of Communication Strategy on Political Participation of Chinese Officials Micro-blog—Case of Cai Qis Micro-blog
Micro-blog, the burgeoning media with unique communication advantage, has been widely spread among the Chinese netizens. The various application programs of micro-blog are playing a special role in many fields of our society. Recently, the increasing number of government departments and officials are launching the micro-blog. Seeking advice from netizens on micro-blog has been a new social management method, it has innovated people communication way of the Internet age, accelerated the information flow rate in all walks of society, given people more right to speak and to know. However, the communication effects of the officials micro-blog are uneven. This thesis summarizes the skills and strategies in officials micro-blog according to the analysis on the sample from Cai Qis micro-blog and aim to provide practical reference for Chinese officials on political participation in their micro-blog.
