Impact of Proactive Policies in Improving Social Sector Service Delivery through Public Private Partnership

Education and health are considered the critical sectors for achieving equitable human development in the country. The over-all spending on education and health is much lower than ihe many countries in the world. One of the main reasons is that it requires a massive dose of investment. Without the help and involvement of private sector, it is difficult to bridge the investment gap and thus, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. In the present scenario, it is only possible through Public private Partnership to support the development of social sector at both national and state levels.
