New Generation Migrant Workers Quality Evaluation Based on the AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

摘要：

The quality of farmers is of a key factor for the urban and rural economic and social development in China. The new generation of migrant workers account for about 60％ of the total number of migrant workers, acting as the main body of migrant workers. The farmers quality directly influences the overall quality of the migrant workers and the development of the society. This paper uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method to do some researches on the new generation of migrant workers qualities. This paper also uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the new generation of migrant workers quality, aiming to provide some effective theoretical basis for improving the quality of the new generation of migrant workers in China.
