Changes and Enlightenment of American College Student Affairs Management

摘要：

The student affairs management as an important part of managerial routines in higher education plays an indispensable role of higher education around the world. The United States, as one of the most powerful countries of higher education, its student affairs management as a professional field with extreme practicality, its theory, function and system are being gradually improved with the progress of popularization and marketization of higher education. American college student affairs management has made much more progress. In view of this fact, analyze the development of the concept of student affairs and its theoretic basis of the Unite States, learn from the successful experience of American higher education, enhance our countrys college student works the sense of mission, scientific and systematic, and further improve the level of Chinese college student affairs management.
