Analysis on the Present Management Situation of the South Korea Cultural Tourism Products Industry
This paper summarized the history, developing traces and its characteristics South Koreas existing cultural tourism products industry management. It was aiming to reference management models and approaches to management reform development of Chinese cultural tourism products industry, as well as accelerate the realization of the transformation of Chinese products industry from Made in China to Designed in China. Through field trips and researching on the management of every link of the industrial chain, this paper obtained that the Korean cultural tourism products industry was characterized by emphaszing on the products design and propaganda. On one hand, design management combined Korea cultural characteristics with modern fashion factors which making their products much more acceptable to wider range of consumer groups. On the other hand, the management of the products industry was adding the management of the consumers behavior as their industry chains indispensible core link. It was worth noting that China, as one of the countries famous for their cultural tourism, can leam from the South Koreas models of successful management, so as to find the road fixable with Chinese characteristics for Chinese cultural tourism products industry.
