The Application of the Theory of Linguistic Economic Value for Business English

摘要：

Business English has become a new direction of study in recent years. Therefore, more and more people pay much attention to this subject. From the perspective of linguistic economic value, especially, taking the test of BEC as an example, we can get a lot from it. Business English, aj. a language for special use to adjust to the demands of market economy, on the basis of its linguistic assets endowed with the unique feature given by the society—the thriving development of Chinese economy and foreign trade, three level linguistic assets is characteristic of business English. The purpose of studying the linguistic assets of business English and the market economic value of employment demands are to provide theoretical and practical evidence for business English in choosing the reasonable investment device.
