Game Analysis on Two Contradictions among Housing Accumulation Fund System in China

摘要：

Recent years, as the wide range and increasing storage of deposit, Housing Accumulation fund is expected soon to become the largest fund in China. However, there are two contradictions among housing accumulation fund system, which will affect the fund systems further development: the contradiction between maximize the value-added benefits and fund security in investments field, as well as, the contradiction between loan bad debt risk and housing security of low-income workers in the field of accumulation fund loan. On the based of game analysis, the conclusion can be found that ensuring fund security without increasing investment channels and extending the coverage of loan benefit are the optimal choices of Accumulation Fund Administrative Organization (AFAO) under balance situation.
