Three Regions Economic Development in Eastern China and Its Impacts on the Public Management Model
Since the reform and opening up, Chinas regional development has achieved considerable social and economic benefits. Regional economic development will further impact the regional public management model. Regional public administration has asked the government to break the rigid shackles of the administrative divisions of the abandoned narrow administrative regions system, but to construct the basis and policy framework of the regional public administration system under the vision of scientific development and a harmonious society. This paper uses a comparative approach, from the perspective of public management in the region, to compare the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-TianjinHebei economic circles in the course of development, differences in patterns of development and the impact on public administration.
