Policy Recommendations to Innovate New Social Management in the Process of Social Reform

In the new times background and the social environment, establishing the new management mechanism to strengthen social management level in China is a necessity. In order to promote the social management level and maintain the social stability, we may take these policy-related factors into consideration during the period of the countrys twelfth five-year plan: innovating new social management mechanism to achieve urban-rural integration, strengthen the social management foundation by transforming government function, improving government governance to: meet purpose of broadening the social management channel, refining social management to help improving the policy implementation effect and tackling the social risk by the way of strengthening the emergency management.
