Urbanization and Inclusive Development: A Comparative Study on China and India

Since the past decade the world is facing unprecedented levels of urbanization, and for the first time in human history, governments around world are facing the challenge of serious problems accompany urbanization .The paper will draw on successful experience both from China and India by comparative comments, that focus on the policy implications of the inclusive development and investigate how policy to promote peoples basic need such as how to supply poor people with public services, such as education, medicate and health, labor protection, etc.
