Is Privatization Good for China? Implications in the Case of Homeless Service in NYC

摘要：

Since 1990s, more and more governments in many developed countries have expanded privatization of social services by contracting out larger portions of their service programs. Whether China should follow this trend? This paper analyzes the advantages and weakness of Homeless Service in New York City based on relevant literatures and website data of NYC Service for the Homelessness. The case of NYC may have a great significance for reference to Chinas cities.
