The Study on the Characteristics and Innovation of Supplying for Chinese Rural Public Goods—According to Three Types of Villages in Yunnan Province
Through the research on Yunnan province, this article finds that Chinese rural villages can be divided into three types for their economic differences, in which the supply of public goods shows different characteristics. The first type of villages have a high rapid on economic development ,and villagers here can enjoy the extension of city public goods for their location; Diversity of financing channels; more suppliers. However, village environment is destroyed seriously, which causes much contradiction. The second type of villages have a middle rapid in economy, the supply of Rural public goods(RPG) exists difficult at long-term; fanners enthusiasm and awareness of participation is insufficient. The third type of villages is lags behind economic development; the public goods supplies serious inadequacy; supply is very difficult; the villagers have no ability to raise funds; obvious regional exclusive. It is very necessary to supply RPG according to villages characteristics.
