Research on College Graduates Employment Policy and Practice— Based on the Interviews from Colleges in Tianjin
The college graduates employment promotion is always the key point focused by the experts and scholars in public administration field. The paper bases on the interview record collected from some college in Tianjin, carding five different employment exploratory behaviors as follows: hunting jobs following others, hunting jobs before choosing a career, hunting jobs according to ones interest, hunting jobs according parentswill, hunting jobs according to a careers characteristics. At the same time, the paper analyzes the deep reason hiding behind their employment exploratory behaviors. In view of these researches, some questions will be found in our countrys employment promotion mechanism. Then the paper gives out some suggestions from the view of public policy. These suggestions aim at perfecting the employment promotion mechanism, further guiding the stakeholders such as colleges enterprises graduates and their parents to behavior appropriately in the process of job hunting.
