The Study of Time Pressure among Civil Servants in China
Civil servants are responsible for public administration and social service and they have an important impact on social development. However, the group has been under great pressure. According to the report in 2010 civil servants rank the top among the most stressful career charts, and about 54.88% of the people suffer from work failure. From the psychological perspective, this paper was conducted with some civil servants of the Land Bureau of Sichuan Province by means of a survey questionnaire. The impacts of demographic variables such as gender, age, position on time pressure were checked by T test and AVOVA; the impact of time pressure on the civil servants work stress and job burnout was demonstrated in terms of the correlation analysis and regression analysis.
