Analysis of the Application of 360-degree Feedback to College Management Staff

The college management staff plays an important role in development of universities. They are of great significances in deciding how to evaluate colleges and universities working performance. At present, various methods to university management staff performance appraisal in China are still in exploratory -phase, of which 360-degree feedback method used in university management staff is a good attempt. Starting from introduction of 360-degree feedback, this paper analyzes feasibility of it in performance appraisal of college management staff, mainly focusing on criteria design that utilized 360degree feedback in universities and colleges management staff, which covers principles of design of indicators, main contents of indicators, weight of key indicators design and so on, finally, the examination method of reliability and validity of 360 degree performance evaluation is put forward to ensure that the method is true and reliable.
