Thoughts on Construction of Talents Team for Social Work in China

摘要：

Social management, which has aroused great concern from Chinese government, becomes more and more important in Chinas market economy reform, political reform, and transformation of government functions. Therefore, to strengthen the social management, it is very necessary to have a better social worker team. This paper begins with a brief explanation for the categories of social work and talents team for social work. Then it carries out a profound analysis of the importance of strengthening construction of talents team. Finally, this paper mainly focuses on exploring several effective approaches to build up a talents team for social work.
