Research o n the Rapid Development of Chinas Wind Power and theLack of Engineering Scientific and Technical Talents
As one of the renewable energy technologies, wind power has experienced large—scale development and commercialized prospect; it is most likely to become one of the main stream power supplies in the future. But at present the development of wind power has encountered bottleneck. The weak capacity of development and the shortage of talents in wind power engineering science and technology have become the main reason that restricts development of wind power industry in China. Therefore at present the immediate concern is the cultivation of high-level, highquality and practical talents in wind power industry in order to develop the national wind power. This paper describes the current state of global wind power development and the present state of Chinas wind power development, and then introduces the shortage condition of talents in engineering science and technology in chinas wind power industry and analyzes the reasons; finally some solutions are presented.
