Discussion on the Improvement of Civil Service Disciplinary System in China
In modem states, civil service disciplinary system is beneficial to restrict and regulate the behavior of the civil servants and it can also guarantee civil servants to act in accordance with the law. At the same time, it sets up a general standard for the behavior of civil servants and it improves the governments image and credibility in society. Therefore, the study of the civil service disciplinary system is not only the concern for the individual behavior of civil servants, but also the exploration of the basic system for building a lawbased and honest government. However, our country only outlines the civil service disciplinary system simply and the theoretical exploration is not deep enough. So concerning the current status of civil service disciplinary system, the author attempts to explore the status of Chinese civil service disciplinary system from theory and practice aiming to improve the civil service disciplinary system.
