The Study on Leadership Traits Quotient
Leadership studies form two schools of thoughts: one studies leaders personality traits, behavior art, methods and techniques; the other studies the leadership elements, mechanism, characteristics and regularity of the leadership. The leaders personality is the foundation of the leadership theory and practice. At the same time it is the premise of the ascension of team leadership. Although some scholars put forward some opinions on the leadership talents qualities quotient, the study on its versatility and advantage is still insufficient. Therefore, based on the review of research progress of leadership talents qualities quotient, the thesis analyzes optimization of leadership talents qualities quotient system model, and describes the consisting elements.
