Research on the Ways of Building Leading Officials Professional Ethics

The so-called leader officials professional ethics, is the comprehensive reflection of the officials morality, his personal political beliefs, the level of personal moral and work attitude. Strengthening leading officials professional ethics is crucial. Leading officials should take professional ethics very seriously. This article discusses the ways of building leading officials professional ethics from five aspects, including loyalty, integrity consciousness, responsibility consciousness, selfdiscipline, public servant heart. The purpose is to make leading officials to truly become core stability of the administrative organization.
