An Investigation into the Reform of Government Cars in China

摘要：

The reform of government cars in China has been ongoing for 17 years, yet it has failed to solve the deeply rooted problems due to superficial solutions, leaving problems unsettled eventually. Nowadays, with reform dilemma still existing and problems becoming severer, more problems come into being and lead to publics intense reflection, which has grievously influenced the Governments image and the establishing of the harmonious society. Undoubtedly, the problems of government cars can be ascribed to a variety of factors, the fundamental ones of which include the insufficient renovation on power corruption and the insufficient constraints on systems, power subject and values, thus bringing in tremendous difficulty for the reform. Based on the above, this paper will have a brief analysis on the approach choice of the reform of Chinese government cars from three perspectives such as the reform dilemma of official cars, the founding and perfecting of power constraint system and publics participating in the reform, and the establishing of correct values.
