Research on the Path of NGO during the Construction of Governmental Integrity under the Network Environment in China
The construction of government integrity plays a significant role in Chinese institutional reform of government, and it embodies the basic requirement of democratic politics and harmonious society. With the globalization of internet information technology, the network world has become a new field which is indispensable for building governmental integrity: Chinese governments administrative act and information disclosure will be more and more reliant on the application of network platform. Meanwhile, its procedure for building integrity also has to confront the new challenges the internet brings with. However, it is not enough to merely rely on governments self-construction when facing challenges and seeking for new ways to break red tape. So we also need to draw NGOs support as its leading role in civil society so as to let the public help the government realize integrity construction in the network. With regard to this issue, this paper explored the path of NGO for the construction of Chinese governmental integrity in the internet, using government as a implementing body and NGO as a measure point, aiming to provide some useful suggestions for the construction of Chinese governmental integrity through the research of path selection, existing problems, reason analysis and countermeasures among the path of NGO for the construction of Chinese governmental integrity.
