The new rural financial institutions are conducive to extend the credit aid to the villages and towns through the shareholding absorption and private investment, and thereby provide more convenient, adequate and effective financial services for farmers, agriculture and rural economy. In the pilot process of cultivating, the construction of new rural financial institutions also faces some challenges and difficulties, the new rural financial institutions are small-scale, geographically dispersed and the management and operating costs are high. Therefore commercially efficient and independent institutions should be built in the way of developing new rural financial institutions.
