A New Paradigm of E-government and Integrated Public Services: Service Canada

The government of Canada announced the establishment of service Canada in Feb. 23, 2005, which is one of the biggest reforms in recent years in Canada within the scope of the government. The main purpose of the Canadian service is to combine the service program in all levels of government departments and federal agencies, and to provide integrated, easy-to-access, personalized service for citizens. Service Canada provides Canadians a new government service model, namely a one-stop, multi-channel and multijurisdictional service delivery model, which is committed to providing seamless, citizen-centered services.
