Study on the Multi-subject Collaborative Management inUnexpected Events of China
In this paper, based on the collaborative management present situation analysis of the government, nongovernmental organizations, enterprises and the public, the author points out the problems of multiple subjects collaborative management which exists in unexpected events by introducing and adopting the analysis framework of synergetic theory and governance theory. In addition, a variety of measures to solve the series of problems in the present collaborative management is put forward on the basis of analyzing the reasons which may result in these problems. In the end, some constructive countermeasures and suggestions are brought forward to enhance and improve the multi-subject collaborative management in unexpected events, to a certain extent; these suggestions could be used as references for perfecting the multi-subject collaborative management in unexpected events of our country.
