The Establishment of Transverse and Longitudinal Systems of Government Cloud Supervision Model on Food Safety
Choosing the food safety issues which have frequently happened in recent years as the starting point and combined with the revolutionary technology trend of cloud computing, the paper puts forward a conception of the government service and the management model of information architecture based on the cloud supervision. With the purpose of solving food safety problems, on one hand, it builds a transverse information management mode of cloud supervision, mainly focusing on the government as well as enterprises, media and public. On the other hand, it builds a longitudinal cloud management system, which mainly focuses on product tracing as well as product quality testing, public feedback and government emergency management. Through comparing and analyzing the two systems, it is concluded that cloud supervision mode is a form of organization which meets the needs of public on democracy and assists to build a seamless government.
