Analysis of Crisis Management on Network Public Sentiment and Its Supervision Model in China

摘要：

With the development of network technology, people began to pay attention to the net public sentiment. At present, because the government does not pay enough attention to the net public sentiment, the government cannot effectively monitor its free development. This paper from the perspective of crisis management, analyzed the supervision problems about net public sentiment, whose analysis includes: the connotation of net public sentiment and its characteristics, and the meaning of crisis management; through the analysis, it is found that net public sentiment can induce the crisis in a certain extent. Afterwards, this paper constructs the supervision model about net public sentiment through the analysis of inducing factors and path about crisis and then explains it. This model will provide a reference and support for Chinese government in order to supervise the net public sentiment.
