Credit Crisis in Chinese Society from the Perspective of Hospital Violence Events

Many medical treatment disputes appeared in recent years, and the disputes arise because the patients are in the vulnerable position. Although there is medical treatment arbitration committee, medical accident appraisal committee, medical association and so on which, seemingly neutrally, is difficult to make a fair decision because interest relationships between the department and the hospital. And even compensation is made, the amount is very little. When they can not seek justice through the proper way, the vulnerable patients will think of the seeking an explanation way which is non-institutionalized. Consequently, professional violators for hospital violence come into being. The first chapter describes hospital violence events, reasons and credit crisis. The second and third chapters analyze two medical cases based on stakeholder theory and the theory of information asymmetry, and the credit crisis hidden in the medical events is the main cause of social conflicts. Hospital violators < undermine daily work order in hospitals, seriously affecting social stability; There is an urgent need to punish and restrict them severely. We also saw the entire social credit crisis, therefore, the fourth chapter analyses social current situation and the reasons for lack of credit, and proposed some countermeasures for constructing Chinese credit society through cultural guidance and some other ways.
