Research on the Self-public Agenda Setting of Micro-blog in Outside Pressure Model—A Case Study of Free Lunch
Micro blog has importantly become public opinion field of internet due to its rapid development. A self-agenda setting model which is quite different from the traditional one has been formed because of its wide-public opinion—spreading characteristic. At the same time, micro blog self-agenda setting might also produce Outside Pressure Type Agenda and impact the governments policy agenda. This paper will first analyze the case Free Lunch1which is considered as a typical model of setting the public agenda by civil society, in order to illustrate the self-public agenda setting in the context of micro blog. Then, it will give an analysis of how the Free Lunch influences government decision-making combining with the characteristics of Outside Pressure Model, in order to provide more reference material for further research.
