Study on Micro-blogs Role in the Construction of Service-oriented Government in China
Due to the development of society and information, some new requirements were continuously proposed in service-oriented government in China. In order to construct service-oriented government better, Chinese governments need to effectively get citizens views and needs. Meanwhile, citizens can be provided some channel to smoothly express their views and get response from governments timely. In recent years, as a convenient and effective channel, micro-blog has become more and more important in our life. It prompts citizens to effectively express their views, puts forward demands and also urges governments to respond in time. Therefore, micro-blog has played a key role in the construction of service-oriented government. But how to reduce the problems in the process, and to better play the role in the construction of service-oriented government in China is worth studying.
