Analysis on the Function of Citizen Network Political Participation —The Favorable Conditions to Promote the Citizen Network Political Participation

摘要：

The rapid development of the Internet information technology has brought a whole new experience to the life of people, affecting all aspects of peoples lives. In this context, a new kind of political participation form arises at the historic moment—network political participation. This new form of political participation for its convenience, efficiency, and other characteristics gains much the favorite of the general public. However, the network political participation has brought us a positive function and also a negative challenge at the same time. We need to seize the favorable conditions for citizen network political participation development to give a full play to its positive function.
