The Research of the Infrastructure Construction in Chinas New Socialist Countryside
In recent years, the State implements the policy of coordinating the development of agriculture, rural communities and farmers in China. Building the new socialist countryside is the greatest strategic decision. Construction of a new socialist countryside infrastructure is the inherent requirement of the scientific development concept and the basic work of peoples livelihood. In this paper, a study presents from the three aspects. At first the article introduces the meaning and the significance of constructing a new socialist countryside. Then it analyses the problems in the new system of a new socialist countryside infrastructure and proposes the way to have it carried out. We believe that the condition of socialistic new rural public infrastructure levels will be improved year after year. The goal in China in the new socialist countryside infrastructure will be realized.
