The consumers behavior decides the development of a country or a district. The children consumers development influences the future chinas economic model. Its very necessary to build a system of children consumer consumption cultivation, which includes the cultivation of consumption attitude, consumption model and consumption behavior to supply the motivation for the Chinese economic development.
