A Study on Responsibility of Plural Subjects Participation in Chinese Public Crisis Governance

摘要：

In the era of rapid economic development and prominent social contradictions, Chinese public crises become increasingly frequent. Whether all those kinds of crises can be solved well affects not only the governments image, but also the social harmony and stability. Admittedly, the government plays an enormous role in public crisis governance, but facing the increasingly complex public crisis, governmental organizations must deal with the huge challenge alone. Effective public crisis governance cannot do without the active participation of various national institutions, social organizations and the public mass. It has important practical significance to introduce multiple subjects in the process of crisis governance for integrating the forces of the whole society and improving the performance in Chinese public crisis governance.
