The actuality & process numerical simulation of cutting-extruding compound trimming deflashing technology
For the forming process of plate parts which have local precision profile, this paper introduces its research actuality and inadequacy, presents a cutting-extruding compound trimming deflashing technology, and the principles are expounded, mechanical deformation model is established, and basic forming process is also researched through numerical simulation including chip deformation, forming surface quality, metal flow and shear slip, etc. The results show that the key point that affects the forming surface quality is degree of shear tear in the chip separation stage.
