Establish of dynamic recrystallization model of XC45 steel
Hot compression tests were carried by using a Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator to obtain the flow stress-strain curves of XC45 steel under different deformation conditions. The dynamic recrystallization model of XC45 steel was established by calculation. The validity of dynamic recrystallization mode was verified by comparing numerical simulation results, calculated values of model and experimental results. It indicates that the calculated values of model and numerical simulation results are consistent with experimental results. The values of dynamic recrystallization volume fraction and grain sizes increase with increasing deformation temperature at the same strain rate; and the values of dynamic recrystallization volume fraction and grain sizes decrease with increasing strain rate at the same deformation temperature.
