Research of fine blanking technology with none-vee ring pressure plate

摘要：

In this paper, a new fine blanking technology with none Vee-ring pressure plate is proposed. The technology is proved by mechanical analysis and numerical simulation, and the process of the technology is designed. Based on research results, a typical fine blanked part which material is steel 45 with thickness of 6mm, studied, a fine blanking die with none Vee-ring pressure plate is designed and manufactured, and quality fine blanked part was produced by the die.
