Host rigidity and intensity coupling analysis of composite materials hydraulic press
According to the characteristic of YT71S-2400 hydraulic press body which adopts bolt preloaded, the host-mold coupling simulation under full loads was analyzed by using finite-element analysis in this paper. In addition, the stress cloud and maximum deformation of top rail, column forms, slider, bottom end rail and bolts were obtained. The finite element analysis shows that, the top rail and column forms of hydraulic press host adopting bolt preloaded under full loads have a trend of slight slotting, but the coupling rigidity and intensity can still meet the design requirements commendably.
