Study of clutch disc hub closed-die precision forming process

Clutch disc hub is flange part with inner hole. Rate of diameter and thickness is 10 above. Now precision casting is generally manufacture method. Part forming is difficulty with precision forge. Part forming rule is studied and analyzed by way of element simulation and closed-die technology. Work piece precision radial extrusion forming is realized with closed-die forming through theory and practice. Work piece plastic flowing resistant is low. Extrusion force is low. Size accuracy is high. Product quality is improved. And production efficiency is still greatly raised. The method has more advantage of technology and cost with relation of other process. It will play important role in piece manufacture process and quality.
