The influences of grafting ratio of CMSs onto wool fibers by microwave irradiation

摘要：

The flame-retardent wool fiber was prepared by microwave irradiation. The influences of preparation techniques of CMSs on the grafting ratio of wool fiber were discussed in detail. The flame retardant property of wool fiber was measured by the value of LOI(Limiting Oxygen Index). The results indicated that: The grafting ratio of CMSs on the surface of wool fiber could achieve 6％ with the LOI value of 29.5％. Compared with original wool fiber, the LOI of treated wool fiber was improved by 16％.
