The chemical industry involved in developing and marketing Crop Protection Products wants to ensure their products are safe and their company remains compliant with the latest regulations. New compounds are being developed for global markets and Industry need to know the risks and total costs of developing such products in new markets. The time to reach the market may be several years after completing costly safety studies and meeting the regulatory requirements of the specific country or region. The patent life of the compounds is diminishing with any delay to the predicted market release.
