Pesticide Regulations in Developing Countries
During the 20th Century research and development and synthesis of pesticides continued so much that turned to be one of the most profitable industries for big Western economies, related in part to the expansion and industrialism of agriculture. Considering the importance of pesticide use for food and fiber production and on the other hand adverse effects, pesticide dilemma which is about having different health and environmental hazardous effect created a wide scientific research by academics, governments, corporations and regulatory agencies in developed world. This resulted in development of a very careful laws and regulations in developed world to avoid consequences but in developing countries and countries in transition the scenario is different.
