Development of Immunoassays for Pesticide Residue Analysis in Agricultural Products

摘要：

Immunoassay is a biochemical method used for analyzing residual pesticides in foods. It is rapid, easy to use and cost effective, being compared to GCMS and LC-MS/MS that are generally used in analytical laboratories for pesticides. The immunoassay is therefore applied to on-site analyses in agricultural field and food distribution industry that require quick and practical method without expensive instruments and chemists.
