Simultaneous Determination of 19 Triazine Herbicides in Pork by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-ion Trap Mass Spectrometry

摘要：

Triazine are popular herbicides applied to variety cultures and hayfields to control perennial weeds. Although the extensive use of triazine provides unquestionable benefits, their incorrect application may leave harmful residues in the environment, which may pose direct or potential risk on human health. Namely, the pesticides or their chemical or microbial degradation may contaminate crops, soil and water, and hence enter the human system through direct consumption of the contaminated food or through meat, milk and other products obtained from animals that fed on the contaminated fodder.
