Study on Decline and Residues of Thidiazuron and Diuron in Cotton and Soil Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要：

An analytical method of the residues of thidiazuron and diuron in cotton and soil was established using HPLC-MS/MS, and the dissipation dynamic and residues of thidiazuron and diuron in cotton and soil were investigated. The method was based on the QuEChERS sample preparation method. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, and purified with primary secondary amine (PSA), finally analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS. The method showed good linearity, and the linear correlation coefficients (R2) of thidiazuron and diuron were above 0. 99.
