Effect of Chlorpyrifos on Different Aquatic Organisms in Paddy Mesocosms

摘要：

In the present study, effect of chlorpyrifos formulation (20％ chlorpyfios EC) on aquatic organisms was evaluated in China by paddy mesocosms test in order to provide assistance in the ecological risk managements of this one. The acute toxicities of chlorpyrifos formulation to three aquatic species, including zebra fish ( Brachydanio rerio H. B), shrimp (Macrobrachium nippoensis de Haan), and Crab (Eriocheir sinensis H. M-E) were investigated in the laboratory. The acute toxicities LC50 of chlorpyrifos formulation are 1. 94 mg/L、 17. 3 g/L、 0. 662 mg/L, respectively.
