Development of Novel Hydrocarbylidenehy- drazine-carboximidamide Insecticides

With the widely application of insecticides, problems such as pest resistance and enviroment pollution occurred inevitably. It is necessary to develop new pesticide varieties not only with new high-efficiency, low toxicity and environmentfriendliness, but also with no interaction resistance with existing insecticide. Therefore, the development of new potent compound with complex mechanism is of great significance and practical value. As we know, both of neonicotiniod insecticides and semicarbazone insecticides have active subunits in their structures. Combined with the active substructures, a series of novel molecule with structure of hydrocarbylidenehydrazinecarboximidamide derivatives were designed and synthesized. An outstanding representative of these compounds is ZNQ-11070, whose commodity name is Guadipyr.
